I build n8n, Zapier, and Make, wired to Claude and other AI, that take repetitive work off your team.

Every inbound lead is a boss that shows up when nobody is watching. Send one through a simulation of my Zapier lead-triage workflow and see how it gets handled.

Simulation of my Zapier workflow (Youform → triage → Sheets, Slack, AI draft, Gmail). It runs in your browser with simple rules and templates; nothing is sent anywhere. Real build: see Mission 02.
Missions 01–04 were built during mentor-led training, modeled on real client briefs. Mission 05 is my own build.
PROBLEM Bookings only happened when a human was free to check the calendar.
BUILD Four modules (GetSlots, BookSlots, UpdateSlots, CancelSlots) with VAPI voice, each checking availability before touching the calendar.
RESULT Booking works whether or not anyone is watching a screen.
PROBLEM Every form submission needed a person to read it, judge it and reply.
BUILD Youform submissions split into high and low priority; high ones log to Sheets, ping Slack, get an AI-drafted email and go out via Gmail.
RESULT No lead sits untouched, and the best ones are flagged first.
PROBLEM Finance and project data lived in two systems that never talked.
BUILD A scenario that exports Xero transactions, logs them to Sheets and uploads a formatted CSV to Asana.
RESULT Accounting and project tracking stay in sync with no manual export.
PROBLEM Facebook message volume made human-only replies unsustainable.
BUILD Webhook-triggered flow with a Gemini AI agent and memory that holds context across turns.
RESULT Context-aware replies, even outside business hours.
Walkthrough video coming soon.
PROBLEM Site inspection photos pile up faster than anyone can review them against safety standards.
BUILD Photos from a phone or camera upload through an HTML page to an n8n webhook, go to an AI inspector that flags hazards and cites the standard, then log to Airtable.
RESULT Each finding lands as a row with hazard, OSHA citation and description, marked Pending Review for a human to confirm.
Sixteen years of operations, data and project work before the automation.
Certifications collected in 2026.
Sound is off by default and never autoplays. Some old cheat codes still work.
Open to full-time automation / AI roles and defined project briefs.
